Pre-Promotion
Sponsors who sign up early will have the privilege of putting their company’s logo in all pre-promotional material and be listed on the event web site as an official sponsor for Wineries Unlimited 2009.

Marketing Bundle Inserts into Trade Show Bags - Price $1000
Do you want to make sure that every attendee will get ahold of your swag? Here is the sponsorship for you! We will pre-stock each of our attendee trade show bags with your swag or promotional material. Maximum size of inserted piece is an 8 ½ x 11" brochure. Show bags will be distributed at the registration desk. Limited to five sponsors.
Official Coffee Sponsor - Price $1000 to $3000
Make your name synonymous with coffee at Wineries Unlimited. Your logo will be featured in black ink on coffee sleeves placed on disposable cups at strategically positioned coffee break stations. Your business name will literally be in the hands and on the minds of our seminar attendees as they enjoy their favorite morning beverage.

Parties & Special Events - Price $1600
Attendees at Wineries Unlimited are always looking for an evening event where they can let their hair down and party. This is your chance to book exclusive rights to the area's number one
nightclub, ICE within the Radisson Hotel to host your own private party. Throw a poker or cocktail party that everyone is sure to talk about. We bet you'll have your people lining up to get in. Inquire for more details.
Note Pads & Pens for Registration Packet - Price $1625 ($750 if exhibitor supplied.) Attendees are always looking for something to write on and write with. Give the attendees a great pen
and note pad. Your company will be branding itself every time they place an order, sign a check, take notes, or fill out that PO. If you provide us with a pre-branded pen and note pad set already purchased by your company, we'll simply insert them into the registration packets. Limited to one sponsor.
Attendee Binders - Price $1800
When it comes to magazine advertising, the back cover is always a prime placement. You can do the same with our session binders! What's the best way to reach potential clients after they leave the trade show floor for a little refreshment? Put your logo or message on one or both sides of attractive full color bar coasters to be served with drinks in Convention Center bar and restaurant areas. Limited to one sponsor.
Hotel Key Cards - Price $2800 SOLD
Give attendees your key to a successful show! Key cards with your brand logo or marketing message will be given to guests staying at the convention center hotels (Radisson Hotel Valley Forge and Scanticon Hotel & Conference Center). A total of 375 guest rooms in all!
